This guide covers quick solutions for common printer errors in SMRT, including connectivity issues, error codes, and print quality problems. Follow these steps to identify and resolve issues, ensuring smooth and reliable printing.

When attempting to print from SMRT, you may come across the following error message.

This error is most commonly caused by the SMRT App being left open for long periods of time. This can cause issues communicating with your Window's Print Server.

Luckily, this can usually be resolved by exiting SMRT and reopening the application. If problems persist, run any pending Windows updates and restart the station experiencing issues using the Windows button in the button left of the screen.

If problems continue despite applying these steps, contact our support team to further investigate the issue.
