What Do the Order Statuses Mean in the Customer App?

As your order moves through the cleaning process, the status in the SMRT customer app will update so you customers can visualize its progress through 5 green bubble stages.

Here’s a quick breakdown of what each stage means:


Bubble 1: Order Received – Not Yet Cleaned

This means your order has been received but hasn’t started being cleaned yet.

  • Order Confirmed – We’ve got your order in the system

  • Pickup Scheduled – We’re on our way to collect your items

  • Dropped Off – You’ve dropped your items off at the store

  • Dropped Off at Locker – You’ve used one of our lockers for drop-off



Bubble 2: Cleaning in Progress

Your items are now being worked on by the cleaning team.

  • Cleaning – Your order has been detailed and is being cleaned or processed



Bubble 3: Cleaning Complete – Ready to Return

Your items are all set and just waiting to get back to you.

  • Ready for Pickup – Your order is ready at the store

  • Ready for Delivery – It’s prepped and waiting to be delivered

  • Ready, Delivery Scheduled – Delivery time has been booked and it’s good to go


Bubble 4: On the Move

Your order has left the cleaner or you’ve told us you’re on your way to pick it up.

  • Out for Delivery – It’s on its way to you

  • Ready for Pickup – (If you tapped “On My Way” in the app) lets the store know you’re coming



Bubble 5: Order Complete

You’ve received your items back — all done!

  • Delivered – Successfully dropped off

  • Delivered to Locker – Placed in a locker for pickup

  • Picked Up – You’ve collected your order from the store

    at Order complete the order will move off this screen.
