Stripe CC Reader - Terminal Setup

Swipe from the left edge of the screen

Tap Settings

Enter the admin PIN: 07139

In the settings menu, tap “Generate Pairing Code”

Note the 6-character code displayed on the screen

On your SMRT Station, go to:
​Settings > Hardware > Stripe Terminal Setup

Enter the pairing code shown on your reader

Click Register
​

If you get an error saying “Failed to register reader with error”, double-check that your store address in SMRT matches what’s on file with Stripe

Once registered, the reader will return to the main screen

You’ll see it listed as connected in SMRT under your station’s hardware
