Installing the SMRT Delivery App

Follow these steps to install and set up the SMRT Delivery App on your device:

  1. Download the App

    • Open the App Store or Google Play Store and search for "SMRT Mobile."

    • Select SMRT Mobile from the results and tap Install.

    • Once downloaded, open the app.

  1. Enter Instance URL

    • Your SMRT-provided instance URL is required to connect the app to your business.

  1. Select a Store Location & Station

    • After entering the instance, you’ll be prompted to choose a store then station.

    • For a New Phone: Select the store you wish to assign the delivery phone to, then choose New.

    • For a Replacement Phone: Select the store where the delivery phone is already listed, then choose Replacement.

    • An authorization code will then be required to set up the app for your business. Obtain this code from SMRT Support or the Stations section.

  1. Complete Setup

    • Select the appropriate station from your listed options.

    • You should now see the login screen, indicating that the delivery phone is ready for use.
