How to apply a REDO Promotion

You can apply a REDO promotion to an order if something happened to a specific Item or order and it needs to be re-done.

Re-do's in SMRT are as simple as placing your cursor in the 'Promotions' box under the order bar and selecting the 'REDO' option.

Each business may have a unique flag tag or notification paper that they will need to attach to the garment. If that process is in place, proceed with your companies external SMRT procedures.

Notes:

The 'REDO' promotion can be applied to an order at any time before the order is paid for.

The 'REDO' promotion, just as any promotion applied from the promotions box, will be applicable to every item on the order. If you would like to have a 'REDO' annotation applied to individual items but not the whole order, you will need to create a special care.
