SMRT doesn't allow you to completely delete an employee because you may want to keep their historical data. However, you can disable an employee so that they don't appear under the employee list.

Follow the steps below to disable an employee:

  1. Click Settings->Employees

  2. Click on the employee's name to access their profile

  3. Click on the Admin tab

  4. Click on Edit Employee (just below the Admin tab)

  5. After clicking on Edit Employee, a red button labeled 'Disable Account' will become visible.

6. Click on Disable Account and the following message will show up on the screen.

7. Click on Yes to disable the Employee.

8. The screen will refresh and the employee that you just deactivated will not show on the list of active employees.

If you would like to re-activate the employee, click on the drop down arrow of the option labeled Status (it shows active by default) and select inactive:

Click on the employee's name to access their profile. Then follow steps 3-6 again but now the button will say Restore Account as opposed as Disable Account. The message will also be slightly different, it will warn you that this employee would be able to sign into the system again.
