How to apply a customer preference

Applying a Customer Preference

1. Go to the customer's account, click on their name, and then select the Preferences tab.

There are 4 basic default preferences that you can set for each customer:

Laundry Shirt Starch

What starch the customer wants applied to all of his Laundry Shirts.

  • None

  • Light

  • Medium

  • Heavy

Items to Fold

What garments the customer wants folded every time.

  • Shirts

  • Polos

  • Sweaters

  • Sheets/Linens

Crease Pants

If the customer would like their pants creased.

  • As needed by garment

  • Never

  • Always

Repair

If the customer brings in a damaged garment, this allows the employee to move to the next appropriate step rather than waiting for the customer's reply

  • Contact before repair

  • Never repair my clothing

  • always repair, don't ask

2. After you've made the correct adjustments, remember to hit save!
