Use these when you need to communicate to the rest of your team specific instructions for a customer's account, order or item.
1. Click on the note icon depending on the level of the note required:
Account
Order
Item
2. Add a category and issue that fit and enter the desired note in the "Description" field. You can also add a picture by clicking on the camera icon within the new note fields. Remember to Save!
*If you intend to add an issue instead of note choose the add issue button instead.*
*FOR A NOTE TO BE PRINTED ON A TICKET SELECT THE CATEGORY "SPECIAL PROCESS" AND ISSUE "PRINT ON TICKET"
