Use these when you need to communicate to the rest of your team specific instructions for a customer's account, order, or item.
Account
For account notes, you can click the customer's name-> Click on the Notes Tab
Order
For order notes, you can click the clear square on the far right of the order bar to add a note.
Item
For item notes, you can click the specific item and click Note
Whichever type you picked a window will pop up where you can assign the category and issue. You can also add a picture by clicking on the camera icon within the new note fields. Remember to Save!
*If you intend to add an issue instead of a note choose the add issue button instead.*
*FOR A NOTE TO BE PRINTED ON A TICKET SELECT THE CATEGORY "SPECIAL PROCESS" AND ISSUE "PRINT ON TICKET"
