This guide will go over how to change attributes/settings for a specific customer.
Profile Information
If you click the a customer's name you'll be to edit the following:
Personal Information: Name, Email, Cell Phone, Addresses, Payment Settings
Preferences
When clicking the Preferences Tab you can configure what preferences the customer should have.
Route & Delivery
The Route Tab will let you:
Add/Remove a Delivery Type for a customer
Set which route the customer will be on
Set the Delivery Location: Back porch, Garage, Etc
A Door Code
Apply a route hold to an account
Add Customer Delivery Instructions
The Delivery Tab will let you:
See all previous stop history
Create a one time Pickup/Delivery
Prices
The Prices Tab will let you:
Assign a customer a pricelist
Adjust the prices for Items/Special Cares/Alterations for this specific customer(this will override the prices from the base Price List)
Admin
The Admin tab will let you:
Change the account type
Apply a discount
Change the agent
Make the customer tax exempt
Toggle Upcharges
Add a linked account
Change the group type
Assign all customer on a specific agent to this account(if group account)
Give discounts to subs of the group
Separate the sales agent for the group
Automatically deliver subs to this master accounts stop
Settings
The settings tab allows you to change settings related to the company/production and a variety of other settings. These settings match the ones you can find in "System Settings"
