How to make a custom report

The SMRT KPI Config lets you create custom reports using a variety of variables. This can be found under Reports->KPI Dashboard->KPI Config

There are 13 different categories you can use to base your report on.

  1. Alterations

  2. Customer Contacts

  3. Customers

  4. Deliveries

  5. Financial Transactions

  6. Gift Cards

  7. Item Price Updates

  8. Items

  9. Notes / Issues

  10. Orders

  11. Rack Logs

  12. Time Cards

  13. Wardrobe

There are 4 steps to building a report.

  1. Select Filters to define the report's parameters. Filter attributes are variables like date specifications (Today, Yesterday, Last Month, etc) or Customer/Order/Item specifications (Agency, Status, Paid Status, etc).

  2. Select the KPI value. The KPI value is either the total Order count or the Piece count of the report, or the Sum of the price of all orders in the report.

  3. Select Columns of the report. Choose which data points (Sale ID, Customer, Order Price, etc) you'd like your report to list.

  4. Name Report. This name will display in your report list and the KPI Screen.

  5. Save the report.
