  1. How to Add or Update a Price List Item

    1. Go to:
      SettingsDetailing PricingPrice Lists

    2. Add or Update an Item:

      • To add a new item, click “Add New” (on the right side)

      • To edit an existing item, use the search bar to find it

    3. A new item row will appear at the top of the list. Fill in the fields as needed if you need to adjust the items optional settings press "settings" next to the item for a drop down menu.


    Fields to Complete

    • Name: The item name shown when detailing and on receipts

    • Category: The group this item belongs to (helps organize when detailing)

    • Department: Controls where sales go and whether the item appears when using “Quick by Department”

    • Image: Choose a sketch that looks most like the item

    • Price: Base price before any surcharges or add-ons



    Optional Settings

    • Charge by Area:
      Changes the unit to “sq ft” and limits barcodes to one per item (used for things like rugs or curtains)

    • Oversize:
      Forces the item to finish by itself when assembled (used for bulky items)

    • Production Value:
      Used for reporting. Indicates how much effort or time it takes to press this item

    • Rack Space:
      Controls how many of these items fit in a bag.

      • Set to 2 if you want it to finish by itself

      • Set to 1 if two items can share a bag

    • Ignore Reported Item:
      Hides the item from Lot Manager reporting



    Final Step

    After adding or updating the item, click “Save” in the top right corner of the screen.
