When using a Metal Progetti assembly conveyor the item history has some unique characteristics.

We'll use the example below to go over standard and unique history events.

Beginning from the bottom of the History log, (the chronological beginning):

  • Detailed is a standard event indicating when the HSL for the item was scanned by the employee detailing.

  • The first Assembled event indicates when the user scanned the HSL of the item at the MP Load Station.

  • The second Assembled event indicates what slot on the MP the item was placed and what time the MP read that the item was on the slot.

  • The Bagging event indicates what MP arm the item was unloaded to and the time.

  • The Bagged event indicates the time that the item went through the MP Autobagger.

  • The first Racked is a standard event indicating where and when the ticket was racked, in this case it's to a Route Staging location.

  • The second Racked event indicates when the driver loaded the ticket using the delivery app.

  • Lastly, the Delivered event is a standard event indicating when the driver delivered the ticket using the delivery app.
