How to Rack an Order

To rack orders, first open the Racking Module. You can find this by clicking the item hanging on a conveyor icon at the top right.

Now, follow the steps below to rack orders to your storage locations.

  1. Scan the Storage/Rack Location

  2. Scan all the tickets for that location

  3. SMRT will confirm your scans which can be seen on the screen


Wrong Store

During scanning, if you scan an order that doesn't belong to the store you'll get a "Wrong Store" error. Indication that this order was suppose to be racked at a different store. Note that this is still "Rack" the order.


Moved

During scanning, If you scanned an order and take it off and then scan it into a different location you'll get a "Moved" notification indicating that the bag was moved into a new location.
