This article defines the different numbers in the Customer Statistics tab.
Store/Route: This is the store or route a customer belongs to.
Account Age: This is how long it's been since the customer signed up. If your database was imported this can be longer than you've had SMRT.
Total Orders: This is the total number of orders a customer has had. If the account is a master billing account this is the total number of orders of the master account and the sub accounts combined.
Monthly AVG: This is the monthly average spending of the customer from the date of their first order until their last visit. The value is updated overnight after making a new drop.
As the last visit date is used instead of the current date for the monthly average calculation, the monthly average will effectively freeze if the customer is inactive. When the customer comes back, the monthly average may drop drastically if they've been inactive for a long time.
If the account is a master billing account this is the monthly average spend of all the sub accounts and the master.
Lastly, the monthly average is used for the 6 color coded spending categories as described in this article.
Total Spending: This is the sum of all orders for the customer. If the account is a master billing account this is the total number of orders of the master account and the sub accounts combined.
The graph below shows month over month spending, piece counts, orders, and deliveries. You can click on legend to hide/show the different metrics.
