SMRT Categorizes your customers into 6 categories so that you can see the value of a customer at a glance.

Every customer has a colored icon in front of their name, each color is a different category of customer. See the examples below that describe each color.

If there is a thick black border on the icon, like the examples above, that means the customer is new.

The spending is defined as the customer monthly average spend, as described here.
​For example, the top 20% spenders are those with the highest monthly average spend.
