Follow these steps to disconnect and reconnect your Bluetooth printer in the new delivery app.
- Ensure Both Are On: Make sure the printer and app are powered on. 
- Access Bluetooth Settings: Go to your phone’s Bluetooth settings. 
- Unpair the Printer: Locate the printer, open options, and select “Unpair” or “Forget.” 
- Power Off Printer: Turn off the printer. 
- Disable Bluetooth: Turn off Bluetooth on your phone. 
- Restart SMRT Mobile App: Fully close and reopen the SMRT Mobile App. 
- Enable Bluetooth: Turn Bluetooth back on. 
- Turn On Printer: Power on the printer. 
- Pair the Printer in the App: Use the app to connect to the printer. 
If the printer still won’t connect, repeat steps 3-9.
- Pair Manually: In Bluetooth settings, locate the printer in the available devices list and select it. 
- Enter Code: When prompted, enter 1234. 
Return to the SMRT Mobile App and test by printing a sample document.
