Resetting the Connection with a Star T300 Bluetooth Printer

This guide contains instructions for disconnecting and reconnecting with a bluetooth printer while using the new delivery app.

  1. Make sure the printer and the app are on.

  2. Go to the bluetooth settings of your phone.

  3. Find the printer, open the options, and unpair or forget the printer.

  4. Turn off the printer.

  5. Turn off bluetooth.

  6. Kill the SMRT Mobile App.

  7. Open the SMRT Mobile App.

  8. Turn on bluetooth.

  9. Turn on the printer.

  10. Pair the printer using the app.

  11. If the printer still won't connect, redo steps 3-9.

  12. In the bluetooth settings find the printer in the available devices list and pair with it.

  13. When asked for a code enter 1234.

  14. Return to the SMRT Mobile App and try to print something.
