How to setup the SMRT Mobile APP

  1. Download the SMRT Mobile app. You can search for this in either the app store or the play store depending on the device model.

  2. Turn on Bluetooth

  3. Open the SMRT Mobile app. It's going to ask for permission to use certain functions on your phone such as Bluetooth, GPS , etc. Accept all of these.

  4. You'll then be prompted to enter your business instance name. If you don't know the instance you can contact us.

  5. You'll then be shown the station screen. Click the store you're currently at.

  6. Select Delivery

  7. Now you'll be prompted if it's a new station or an replacement. If this doesn't pop up there are no existing stations.

  8. If you're reinstalling or replacing a phone choose the existing station

  9. If you don't have an existing station it'll prompt you for an auth code. You can either contact us and we'll supply you with one or one of your managers can generate one from the stations page.

  10. The login screen will then display either use your PIN or username and password or scan your badge using the button at the bottom

  11. Once logged in you can select Delivery->Select your Van and select the route you're running.
