How to setup the SMRT Mobile APP

🚚 Getting Started with the SMRT Mobile App (Delivery Setup)

Follow these steps to set up the SMRT Mobile app for deliveries on your Apple/Android device:


1. Download the App

  • Go to the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android)

  • Search for SMRT Mobile and download the app


2. Enable Bluetooth

  • Make sure Bluetooth is turned on — the app needs this to connect with your station setup


3. Open the App and Accept Permissions

  • Open the SMRT Mobile app

  • It will ask for access to Bluetooth, GPS, and other phone features
    ➤ Tap Allow for all prompts


4. Enter Your Instance Name

  • You’ll be asked for your business instance name
    ➤ If you’re not sure what this is, contact your manager or our support team


5. Select Your Location

  • After logging the instance, you’ll see the Station Selection screen
    ➤ Tap on the store location you're currently at


6. Choose the Delivery Option

  • Tap on Delivery to begin the setup for your delivery station


7. New or Existing Station?

You’ll be prompted to choose one of the following:

  • New Station (for first-time setups)

  • Replacement Station (if reinstalling on a new phone)

💡 If you don’t see this prompt, it means there are no existing delivery stations yet.


8. If It’s a New Station

  • You’ll be asked for an Auth Code
    ➤ Contact us or ask a manager to generate one from the Stations page in SMRT


9. Login Options

Once the station is selected, you’ll see the login screen. You can:

  • Enter your PIN

  • Use your username and password

  • Or tap the Scan Badge button at the bottom to log in with your SMRT badge


10. Start Your Route

  • Once logged in, go to Delivery

  • Select your Van

  • Choose the Route you’re running for the day
