Follow these steps to set up the SMRT Mobile app for deliveries on your Apple/Android device:
1. Download the App
Go to the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android)
Search for SMRT Mobile and download the app
2. Enable Bluetooth
Make sure Bluetooth is turned on — the app needs this to connect with your station setup
3. Open the App and Accept Permissions
Open the SMRT Mobile app
It will ask for access to Bluetooth, GPS, and other phone features
➤ Tap Allow for all prompts
4. Enter Your Instance Name
You’ll be asked for your business instance name
➤ If you’re not sure what this is, contact your manager or our support team
5. Select Your Location
After logging the instance, you’ll see the Station Selection screen
➤ Tap on the store location you're currently at
6. Choose the Delivery Option
Tap on Delivery to begin the setup for your delivery station
7. New or Existing Station?
You’ll be prompted to choose one of the following:
New Station (for first-time setups)
Replacement Station (if reinstalling on a new phone)
💡 If you don’t see this prompt, it means there are no existing delivery stations yet.
8. If It’s a New Station
You’ll be asked for an Auth Code
➤ Contact us or ask a manager to generate one from the Stations page in SMRT
9. Login Options
Once the station is selected, you’ll see the login screen. You can:
Enter your PIN
Use your username and password
Or tap the Scan Badge button at the bottom to log in with your SMRT badge
10. Start Your Route
Once logged in, go to Delivery
Select your Van
Choose the Route you’re running for the day
