Phone / Printer Troubleshooting

 

1. Turn the printer off.

2. Kill all open apps on the phone.

3. Access the phone’s settings by tapping on the Settings icon.

4. Open Bluetooth settings.

5. On the list of “Paired Devices” locate Star Micronics and tap on the Settings gear icon to the right and then tap “Forget”. *If there are multiple Star Micronics devices paired, you will repeat this step for each one of them.

6. Kill Settings.

7. Turn the printer on.

8. Re­open Delivery app.

9. Pair devices by scanning the barcode on the printer.
