Temporary Route Hold

When a route customer requests a temporary suspension of Pick Up & Delivery service due to a vacation or work trip:

 

1. Go to the customer's account, click on their name to bring up their profile and click on the 'Route' tab. Click on 'Route Hold' at the bottom of the box.

2. Click on '+ Add'

3. Select the date range for the route hold, then click save, and the system will automatically suspend deliveries within the period selected.
