When a route customer requests a temporary suspension of Pick Up & Delivery service due to a vacation or work trip,
1. Go to the customer's account and click on the customer's address to access the Route settings
2. Create a Delivery note with the route details
3. Change delivery type to "No Delivery Preference" (make sure you took note of route details as all the route settings will be lost after completing this step)
4. Create new stop on the day customer wants to resume service and add instructions
"CONTACT STORE TO RESTORE CUSTOMER TO REGULAR ROUTE SETTINGS STARTING TODAY!"
5. Confirm stop has been scheduled and route settings note was added
