Linking / Merging Duplicate Accounts

To merge two accounts with their own wardrobes follow the steps below. 

*Note: You need to be a Store Manager or higher to merge accounts.

 

1. Open the account you want to keep --> click on the customer's name to access their profile and locate the account number at the bottom left of the panel.  Copy or write down this number.


2. Open the account you want to deactivate --> click on the customer's name to access their profile --> click on the Admin tab and Add the account number of the account that will remain active in the Linked Accounts field (you can link as many accounts as you need).

 

3. Move to the Notes tab. Select Category: Account & Contact and Issue: Inactive Customer Rejected for Service and enter "Duplicate Account" or whatever best describes the reason for deactivating --> Save.

 

The wardrobes will now be linked and there will only be one account.
