When you require a customer's approval to process an item (i.e. leathers, embellished garments, repairs) follow these steps to set the item on Pending status while you await approval.
1. Open the item, click the Reject button on the bottom left of the item details page until it turns purple and Save. You will notice the Total price change to $0.
If approval from the customer is provided before the item is returned,
1. Reopen the item, click the Reject button on the bottom left of the item details page until it turns gray, the price will be restored. Save and send the item to be processed as needed.
If approval from the customer is NOT provided within 24hrs, assemble, bag and rack item as usual.
