There are 4 basic preferences that you can set for each customer:
1. Laundry Shirt Starch
What starch the customer wants applied to all of his Laundry Shirts.
None
Light
Medium
Heavy
2. Items to Fold
What garments the customer wants folded everytime.
Shirts
Polos
Sweaters
Sheets/Linens
3. Crease Pants
If the customer would like their pants creased.
As needed by garment
Never
Always
4. Damages
If the customer brings in a damaged garment, this allows the employee to move to the next appropriate step rather than waiting on the customer's reply

1. Head to the customer's account, click on their name, and select the Preferences tab on the top.
2. After you've made the correct adjustments, remember to hit save!
